So, after morning worship, while eating at Shanes, the kids asked if they could play. With the wives busy, Dustworth and I agreed to accomodate the request.
This is what a playdate looks like for men.
Dustworth enjoying a 1554 while relaxing by the fire.
Me with a frosty pint of Guinness, speaking of theological issues.
You will notice no kids in the picture. They are all coralled into the back yard as it should be. Best. Playdate. Ever. Sent from my iPhone
It’s 1:30, and I’d love to go to sleep, but how could I when tonight was so perfect?
The show was fantastic tonight… So many dear friends in attendance. I played with some very close friends who I respect so much. Im truly humbled by their talent. Then, special Shack time with guests that don’t normally make it. And if you study the picture above, you will see that it is a special Shack Cake, made by Kelly Hall. Wow. All in all an amazing night. I’m sorry that tomorrow has to be normal. Sent from my iPhone
My good friend, Carie Faricelli is being featured tonight in the Artful Eye gallery in Chattanooga.
The theme is horses, and there are really cool pieces here. Hers, of course, are the best. (that’s actually true) I’m so proud of her. I love seeing an artist being recognized for making something beautiful. Sent from my iPhone
