Here’s where I spent sundown. Jodi Herod really wanted to get her feet in the sand after working on the display booth and booth items for most the day, so we hit the road in search of adventure with the always prepared Leigh Michels.
I’m not sure if this is actually Seal Beach or not. (the beach we were looking for) What I can say is that we were glad to find it and it was very beautiful. (though the girls froze)
I kind of felt like Daniel in The Karate Kid, but I couldn’t find a bonfire surrounded by my new high school pals where Johnny and his thug Cobra-Kai buddies could beat me up, forcing me to learn from Mr. Miyagi which would lead to me Crane-Kicking Johnny in the face. Sent from my iPhone
